The lot is full of new plants for the Fall season. I wanted to spotlight three plants that look great and do perfect this time of year!

Garden Mum
If you’re looking for something low to the ground, takes full sun, and gives a balance of color and greenery, I would suggest the Garden Mum. We have it in stock in a few different colors (yellow left, pink right). They’re a great, hardy plant and I always like to keep them in mind, especially since they marked down right now.
Petra Crotons
I talked about these last week, but I could write about fall without mentioning Petra Crotons! Petra crotons are unique in that their resilience to sunlight depends on the grower. Sometimes you can get away with direct sunlight, but mostly I’d use these in partly shaded areas of my yard/garden. They bring out so much color and necessarily represent the season almost as much as scarecrows and pumpkins.

Marigolds
Marigolds always stand out to me in whatever season I see them planted. But the orange and yellow varieties during fall bring everything together. They can take (and need) full sun to produce the vibrant bulbs they’re known for. You can get away with about 6 hours, but you’ll start to lose some blooms. This is a great, low-maintenance pick.
